The CSS series cooler can be integrated into the cocoa pressing line, lowering the temperature of the product and avoiding problems related to the transportation of high-temperature grounds. Additionally, in order to improve process efficiency, our cooler can be equipped with a dehumidifier that blows dry air into the system to prevent the formation of moisture.
