Centring and tensioning
The PMT series filter cloth fitting press has been designed to guarantee simple, rapid and correct fitting of filter cloths to filter plates, ensuring a longer life for filter cloths as well as optimal filter system performance. This specialised piece of equipment ensures that cloths are centred on the plate and properly stretched, guaranteeing correct and even positioning of filter cloths.
Secure fixing
With a hydraulic unit for insertion of the Teflon thread, cloths are pressed into place for perfect fixing to the plate, ensuring even tension over the entire surface area and avoiding slippage or deformities.
Activation system
The dual control panel with simultaneous activation system guarantees safe use of the press, in line with the most stringent safety regulations, protecting operators during filter-cloth fitting procedures.
