Versatility and functionality
The 1/1400 Press is packed with high-technology solutions: equipped with a single chamber, it applies a specific pressure of 1400 kg/cm2 to the product, rendering this machine ideal for advanced research applications.
The press can be manually loaded with cocoa mass, hazelnut mass or other similar products such as oilseeds and, in general, anything to be separated from a base element through high pressure. The loading unit has a dual diameter, facilitating the pressing of a range of products.
Adaptability
The 1/1400 has a variable loading chamber that can be set via software, facilitating pressing processes requiring a low percentage of residue to be extracted from the base product.
Temperature control
The press is heated via a diathermic oil thermoregulator, which monitors and maintains the selected temperature.
