Cricketfilter
Ancillary machines
The cocoa butter filtering system equipped with a Cricketfilter is composed of a main filter, fitted with filtering elements and heated with hot water, as well as other ancillary machines, each playing a specific role in the process.
The feeding and filtering pumps transport the butter to be filtered to the Cricketfilter, while two sleeve filters provide subsequent filtering. The various pumps in the system are responsible for transporting both the filtered product and the waste to dedicated tanks. A compressed-air system is used to clean the filter elements.
Specific functions
The main functions of the system include cocoa butter filtering, sending of filtered butter to the storage tanks, and the transportation of waste sludge to the relative storage tank.
